      Premiums for the period 1 March 2013 - 1 March 2014 are ( and the same amount applies regardless of when you take out cover):

      Up to age 60 years old $140.00
      Age 61-65 years old $180.00
      Age 66-70 years old $225.00
      Age 71-75 years old $280.00
      Age 76-80 years old $345.00
      Age 81-85 years old $420.00
      Age 86-90 years old $500.00

      The following exclusive policy benefits apply. Many of these conditions are not available to the general public directly or through travel agents and credit card insurance arrangements and are only obtainable when participating in a Corporate Travel Insurance Policy.

      • Allianz Global Assistance offers 24-hours medical advice and emergency assistance. All calls are answered & managed in Australia. You will be supplied with an EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE card with all applicable contact details.

    To access Australian Bridge Federation Preferred Corporate Rates, you have the following options:

    1. WEB BOOKING ENGINE (WBE)

      You can book your corporate rates online via our website www.togahotels.com by following the below instructions:

      a.

      1. Log onto our website www.togahotels.com and select your preferred Hotel or Location, and the Check-in and Check-out dates.

        Click on the Special Codes option that is situated just above the Search button, and enter your Corporate ID into the Promo Code/Corp. Account section.

        Your Corporate ID is: TH2042474

      2. Alternatively you can use the following link which will automatically sign you in to your company profile where you will be able to select your preferred hotel or location. ( https://gc.synxis.com/rez.aspx?Chain=14687&template=GCGLEX&shell=toga&locale=en-US&promo=TH55885 )

      b.  Click on the Search button

      c.  The hotel page will then display all of our hotels situated in the location you are requesting. From here, select the hotel you require. NB. If you have selected a specific hotel in step a. this page will not display.

      d.  The hotel availability page will now display showing your company's Preferred Corporate Rates, the hotel's best available rate, the advance purchase pre-paid packages and other promotional packages that are available under each room type.

      e. Now continue through the booking process and complete the reservation form. To finalise the reservation, simply enter your credit card details into the payment options section. This is a guarantee method only unless an advance purchase, pre-paid package has been selected.

      f.  A confirmation for the traveller will then be generated and emailed directly to you.

    2. HOTEL DIRECT

      You can contact the hotel of your choice directly and quote to the in-house reservations department that you are from Australian Bridge Federation They will then access your Preferred Corporate Rates and make the reservation for you.

    3. CENTRAL RESERVATIONS

      You can telephone our Central Reservations department anytime on 13 TOGA (13 86 42) and quote that you are from Australian Bridge Federation . They will then access your Preferred Corporate Rates and make the reservation for you.
