NEWS FLASH! The 2011 AGM of the ABTA will be held during the Gold Coast Congress at Broadbeach on Wednesday 2March at 11 AM.
The aim of our Association is to encourage teachers of Bridge to improve their teaching methods, educate teachers and provide a forum where teachers may raise problems encountered. Our Association underwrites seminars in each State to assist teachers with the improvement of their teachings in general.
Membership    
ABTA Membership $20 per year. However, if you wish to receive all correspondence by email, it's just $10.(If joining in the second half of a year, membership runs to December the following year)
In your first year, there is a joining fee of $10 plus an exam fee of $10.
To become a full member of the ABTA, you will need to complete the written exam. You can download it from here , do it at your leisure, then mail it to the ABTA Secretary:

together with a cheque for $40, made out to the ABTA.He will forward your exam to the Examiner, Greg Quittner, and you will receive confirmation of your membership in a few weeks.
