Expressions of interest are sought from eligible Australian youth players
to contest a match against New Zealand on the final two days of the New
Zealand National Congress on Friday 1 October 2010 and Saturday 2 October
2010.

A subsidy of $250 per player will be made available from the Friends of
Youth Bridge Fund with likely out-of-pocket expenses to include
accommodation at A$46 per night (twin share) and airfares around A$350 -
A$450. Whilst not promising anything, the hosts will use their best
endeavours to arrange transport to and from Auckland Airport to the venue
in Hamilton, but there may be some local transport costs. Should any of
the players wish to play in the congress events prior to the match, a 50%
discount on entry fees will also be made available.

To be eligible you must be a bona fide resident of Australia born on or
after 1 January 1985 and an ABF member in good standing.

If you are interested in playing, please respond no later than Friday 6
August 2010 with the following information:

1. Your name and your proposed partner.
2. Your date of birth and current contact details.
3. A brief summary of your bridge experience and achievements,
particularly in the proposed partnership.
4. Whether or not you would be interested in playing in the congress
events (refer http://www.nzbridgecongress.co.nz/)

Expressions of interests will be promptly considered by the ABF Youth
Committee which will ratify a team of 4, 5 or 6.
