GNOT Flight Subsidy – important update on ticketing

Important notice to all GNOT National Final participants

With the exception of a few teams that have not yet held their regional/metro GNOT Finals[1], the vast majority of teams have been selected to participate in the GNOT National Final which is taking place from Friday 24 November to Monday 27 November at the Tweed Ultima resort in Tweed Heads.

Flight Ticketing Information

If you have already registered online for your tickets through the ABF GNOT Registration Webpage and EITHER:

  • Accepted the pre-booked allocated tickets for your team; OR
  • Not accepted the pre-booked tickets but have negotiated and agreed changed flight arrangements with our Travel Manager, Annette at Corporate Traveller, THEN

Your e-tickets will be issued to you in the next 3-4 weeks.

Attention GNOT captains

Can all GNOT Captains please check with all their team members to ensure they have properly registered for their pre-booked air tickets and have accepted or renegotiated their flight itineraries to and from the Gold Coast (or Brisbane in some cases) from their departure airport.

In the event GNOT captains upon checking (or indeed GNOT players reading this update), discover any players not currently registered, they should immediately send an email to Roy Nixon (roy.nixon@live.com.au) with copy to Annette Carr-Boyd at abfgnot@corporatetraveller.com.au giving their team name, email and phone contact information so we can get in touch with them and finalise their flights as soon as possible.

The six teams still to qualify that have pre-booked flights

It is very important that the Regional Coordinators for the six teams mentioned below in the footnote advise Ray Ellaway (ray.ellaway@abf.com.au) and copied to the two email addresses above, of the names, ABF numbers and email addresses (one for each player) immediately following the completion of their Finals.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION
