At the recent AGM, Allison Stralow completed eight years as President of the Australian Bridge Federation. Stepping into the role is Stephen Fischer.

Stephen has represented Australia in international competition and has been involved in bridge administration for more than 20 years, serving in a variety of roles at club, state and national level. He brings extensive experience in strategy, governance and leadership through his work in government, the corporate sector and on not-for-profit boards.

Stephen lives in Canberra but will be attending events across Australia and looks forward to meeting players and administrators from around the country.

The remainder of the ABF Board is unchanged, with Jenny Thompson (Secretary), Richard Ward and Dagmar Neumann re-elected for further two-year terms. David Fryda continues on the Board in his role as Executive Director.
