Hi Arie,
With that hand, I think I would overcall 3♠ given the favourable vulnerability. The suit isn’t that great, but it’s the 7-5 distribution that gets to me to bid that high! In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if a 4♠ overcall was the winner, but the partnership style of preempts should be discussed before overcalling 4♠ with such hands.
